There are many things we can do to improve our memory and the performance of our brain.

1) Food: Good brain foods include fish oil and food rich in omega-3 oils are excellent. Eat plenty of fish! Fruit especially apples, watermelon, cantaloupe, soybeans and Tofu. Increase the intake of fresh vegetables and salads especially tomatoes and red cabbage. Take quality multi-vitamins with vitamin B complex. Avoid foods high in sugar as they increase inflammation of the brain. And avoid fatty food.
2) Control Your Cholesterol and blood pressure: these are critical factors for the long-term health and well-being of your brain and its memory and thinking functions.
3) Exercise: Physical training and fitness are very important, fit brains in fit bodies. Taking a 1-hour rapid walk or 1-hour aerobic training three times a week.
4) Relax: Balance your work and leisure activities and have sufficient sleep, reduce stress by meditation
