How To Eat For A Better Shape

A few simple steps in a day will get you on your way to a thinner body; – at least it worked for me, and all you need is some self discipline! When you wake up, eat breakfast. Doesn’t matter what it is, it could be eggs, cereal, an omelet, anything as long as you eat a good breakfast.

Then until about the middle of the day, drink nothing but water and lots of it! Drink water as though your doctor just told you that you have to clean yourself out for surgery and you have ‘gotta’ drink lots of water! In the early afternoon, eat a big lunch, consisting of mainly a sandwich and some fresh fruits or vegetables. Doesn’t matter what the sandwich is made of, you can still eat it, and you can use dipping sauce for the ‘freshies’ too! After that, try not to sit around on a computer. Do everything you can in your power to walk around and be active.

It helps your body take in your snack lunch. When you’re hungry again, eat ahealthy snack. This sounds really repetitive, but it does really work if you stick with it, find a fruit or veggie you like, and try them with sauces! In the early evening, get some exercise. It sounds scary, but it can be as simple as walking your dog, walking to the store, cleaning your house really well. The best part about walking to a 7/11 or similar is that you can get a snack or your favourite drink! At night, you should try your best to sleep, and not to take food with you.

If it’s after midnight and you can’t sleep, use a relaxation tape not only to get your body in the mood to sleep, but to relax and calm yourself, so you will slip into a deep sleep.
